Paul Kelly Kennedy
Co-Founder
Actor/Writer/Producer
Paul is a writer, producer, and actor (IMDb) whose work bridges theater, film, and television. His stories fuse grounded, character-driven drama with bold, genre-bending ideas - reflecting a fascination with identity, morality, and the modern human condition.
A military veteran, Paul served five years as a U.S. Navy diver in the wake of 9/11. After leaving the service, he pursued dual passions in art and science, working as an aerospace engineer on NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope while training and performing as an actor. During that time, he honed his skills as a writer and storyteller, creating original screenplays and stage projects that fused his disciplined technical background with a deep creative drive-laying the foundation for a career in film and television.
Today, Paul writes, produces, and performs in original work, while continuing to contribute to the design of next-generation satellites - a career he is preparing to leave behind. A committed actor, he is a company member of Tim Robbins’ renowned Los Angeles theater ensemble, The Actors’ Gang, where he recently appeared in Topsy Turvy, written and directed by Robbins himself.
Ed Dutcher
Co-Founder
Writer/Producer
After graduating from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, Ed found his creative voice working in both film and the video game industry - two mediums that continue to shape his artistic vision.
He spent several years at Square Enix, helping bring large-scale cinematic narratives to life in some of gaming’s most iconic franchises. Eventually, Ed became the Narrative Director at Blockade Games, where he collaborated with pioneers in AI-generated text and image tools to redefine how game developers build story-driven worlds. His work blends traditional screenwriting craft with cutting-edge interactive design - blurring the lines between player and protagonist, audience and author.
Beyond the screen, Ed is a hands-on creative: he enjoys woodworking, SCUBA diving, and spending weekends in Long Beach making wine with his parents - a ritual that keeps him grounded in tradition while he pushes the boundaries of emerging media.

Diane Snoddy
Creative-Executive Assistant
Actor
Diane is an actor, photographer, and all-around creative force from Birmingham, Alabama. A graduate in acting, she brings that same sense of play, curiosity, and emotional honesty to everything she does—whether she’s in front of the camera or behind it.
When she’s not collaborating with 3E8 Films on the production side, Diane can usually be found turning her lens on the strange, beautiful, and hilarious corners of the artistic world—capturing her fellow creators in all their chaotic glory. She approaches her work the way a mother creates a child: with care, wonder, and a touch of madness.
Equal parts performer and visual storyteller, Diane’s creative process lives somewhere between instinct and imagination—where art is less about perfection and more about breathing life into something new.
